If something is not working
Include your channel name, the dashboard section, when the error happened and what you did before it. A screenshot without personal data can help. Do not send passwords, tokens or private overlay URLs.
Things to check first
Check the bot connection, enabled modules, command permissions and cooldowns. For overlays, check the URL and source visibility. For audio, also check the OBS mixer and output device.
Daily speech limit
If you need more TTS capacity, send your channel name and approximate message count.
Your data and disconnecting
Disable modules in the dashboard or revoke access in Twitch Connections. This does not delete statistics. To access, correct or delete data, contact the developer with your Twitch account name. You may need to verify ownership.
