Who is responsible for data
CrewJoke is owned by Anatolijs Avdejevs in Latvia. It is an independent project with no separate legal entity. For data questions: evilhuevoscommercial@gmail.com.
What we process
At sign-in: your Twitch ID, login, display name, avatar, permissions and access credentials. While the bot runs: chat messages and events, viewer IDs and names, XP, watch time, commands, rewards and statistics.
The dashboard stores settings, uploaded material and details of enabled integrations, including Telegram. Service logs and request details support security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
Channel data provides the features you enable. Chat data supports commands, overlays, XP and statistics chosen by the channel owner. Abuse prevention and troubleshooting rely on the legitimate interest of keeping the service running.
Optional browser copies require consent. This consent does not itself enable TTS, AI or Telegram posts.
Processing outside the EEA
External providers may process data outside Latvia and the European Economic Area under their own privacy policies. What is sent depends on enabled features. Do not send passwords or confidential information through chat, AI requests or TTS.
Retention and deletion
Sign-in lasts up to 30 days; saved speech recordings are kept for 30 days. Channel settings, statistics and events currently have no single automatic deletion period. Disconnecting the bot does not delete them: request deletion from the service owner.
Material already published on Twitch or Telegram is managed separately on those platforms.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restricted processing, object to processing and receive data for portability where the law provides for it. Include your Twitch account name; we may need to verify ownership to protect your data.
Withdraw consent to optional storage through Cookie settings. You can complain to Latvia’s Datu valsts inspekcija or another competent supervisory authority.
